Our aim is to empower people to take control of their lives by providing information and advice for those 50+ on a range of issues to give older people and their carers the facts in order for them to make choices and decisions knowing that they have reliable information.

Many older people in the Newham are still not aware of their entitlements. We can help you with Attendance Allowance forms, Disability Living Allowance forms, Income Support, Housing and Council tax claims, social service provision, health and community care and general issues of importance to older people and their carers.

The service operates, by a drop in service Monday – Thursday 10am-1pm and 1.30pm-3.30pm, a home visiting service is available to those who are housebound.
